Do not even call here. The receptionist is horrible She told me last week he would be able to fix the lock on my car on Thursday. I called back Friday she said he was out on an emergency. So, I waited until Wednesday and she told me he will not be able to fix my keys at all after explaining that my car needed a key because it broke. So I waited a whole week for her to now change her story and said WE CAN'T FIX IT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP!PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

We love using Minute Key. The keys alway swork after they are cut. They are a good value. Once, I was 2 hours away from home and needed a key I had saved on Minute Key. I just popped in to the local Lowes, pulled up my key, and had a replacement key in a minute.
